Default I want to go lift... but what can I do??


Sunday I did back (deads, rows, pull ups, pull downs)
Monday I did chest (bench of all variety, fly of all variety)
Tuesday I did legs (squat, hack squat, leg curl, calf raise)
Wednesday I did shoulders, abs and forearms (military press both front and back, shrugs, db shoulder press, wrist curls/reverse wrist curls)

What can I do today(thursday)??

I'd like to do chest again....

Advice?

If I do my arms i can't do chest tomorrow... if I do chest I prolly can't do arms tomorrow.. I prolly shouldn't do chest again because I did shoulders yesterday.

Dittos to that.

Swiss ball crunches
Swiss ball bridges
Swiss ball cobra
Yoga, cat, dog, dog with one arm and opposite leg straight out like a pointer for 60 seconds, then switch to opposite arm/leg.
Leg raises
Obliques, cable twists, oblique machine, DBs
Cable weighted crunches using the rope attachment.

Back extentions
Hold a DB in each hand. Bend to the side and use your core to lift body and weight back to upright position. Do other side.

I now do something like the above once per week. It usually takes 60 minutes to do this right.

I was thinking maybe doing a zillion push ups and crunches here at home, then hitting up some cardio.

Same here...I have some amazing genetics for ab muscle growth and unfortunately I just want that area chiseled right now and not ****ing huge. I don't need a case of muscle gut. :P
