Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Sunday I did back (deads, rows, pull ups, pull downs) Monday I did chest (bench of all variety, fly of all variety) Tuesday I did legs (squat, hack squat, leg curl, calf raise) Wednesday I did shoulders, abs and forearms (military press both front and back, shrugs, db shoulder press, wrist curls/reverse wrist curls) What can I do today(thursday)?? I'd like to do chest again.... Advice? If I do my arms i can't do chest tomorrow... if I do chest I prolly can't do arms tomorrow.. I prolly shouldn't do chest again because I did shoulders yesterday. :fruity:
