Monday: Upper Body (Hypertrophy) Flat/Decline Dumbell Press (Alternate each week) Incline Dumbell Press Barbell Rows T-Bar Rows Military press Upright Rows (should i add some lat pulldowns?) 3-4 sets 8-12 reps Tuesday:Lower Body (Strength) Barbell Squats SLDL 5 sets 3-6 reps Wed:Off Thursday: Upper Body (Strength) Flat Barbell Press Deadlifts Military Press Chins Close Grip Bench Or Lying tricep extension Barbell Curls 6 sets 3-6 reps Friday: Lower Body (Hypertrophy) Squats SLDL Leg Press Leg Curl 3-4 sets 8-12 reps Weekends:Off On strength days each set will be taken to failure or 1-2 or reps shy. ANd on hypertrophy all sets will be stopped 1-2 reps short of failure. |
