some type of HST or low rest circuit would be best. Do some research, post a routine, and we'll critique it.

No need to change your routine at all unless you want to. Dropping your bodyfat is all in your diet. And then add in cardio as you need.
But there is no need to change your lifting routine one bit this will not affect your bf loss at all.
If you give your current stats, diet etc i can be alittle more helpful.

agreed... but one thing you can change in your routine is shorten your rest times between sets to like 30 seconds, and try to move as quickly as possible between different exercises... It keeps your heart rate up.. sems to aid in burning fat...

Like Kaliman said cutting is more about dieting, and cardio though...

I have effectively cut using HST, see my log for pictures and routine (link in signature), and a push/pull/leg/cardio split recently to shed off quite a bit of bodyfat for vacation. I would suggest working every muscle group 2/3 times a week without totally beating up any muscle group and make sure to include morning cardio when glycogen levels are low to induce glycogenolosis (transformation of fats into usable fuel). I would also suggest a cortisol blocker like DS Lean Extreme. I have used it while cutting with great results.

Number one rule before all of this is, make sure your diet is in check.

Best of luck

nice post, you want to stick with what built you the muscle in the first place, cutting is all about diet, only concern is to drop the weight your using just slightly to prevent injury.
