Default Hypertrophy and Speed

Is there a program out there that emphasizes hypertrophy and speed training? I have this weird idea of creating a periodized routine based off of other routines out there but it would save me time and experimentation if there was a successful one already.

Some of IronAddicts routines i.e. Westside variations with more emphasis on accessory lifts, that would be strength/speed/hypertrophy.

I think he means speed as in retrospect to motion.
