Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I'm on the last page of purchasing this equipment now and before I click 'Submit Order' I just want to get some 2nd opinions on the equipment I'll be buying. Here's what I've bought for my home gym: Power Rack ![]() Adjustable Bench - Incline, Flat & Decline (Seems decent enough but it was the only one within my price range... All the others were about 3 times the price) ![]() 130kg/287lbs Barbell & Dumbbell Set ![]() HK

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | How much did all that cost you? PowerRack is nice, bench is good. Everything is good, but is the price? Personally, I would go for Olympic Barbells over Standard.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | £800 altogether which is $1500... It's a bit expensive but it's on a pay monthly thing so I don't have to pay it all at once. HK

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | this will work out nicely for you - good replacement. if i were to be picky *like everyone said the olympic barbells *the twist lock on your current set which hold the w8ts on vs normal spring lock will get very annoying. you will eventually be forced to replace the bars. *the bench has too much going on for my taste, but i can def see why you got it. its a toss up either its great or not so good. wont know till you try it. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I like the power rack he has picked out there. As for a bench though, when you're looking at the adjustables for some reason the one you're looking at doesn't seem that sturdy to me, I don't know maybe it's just me. I agree on the comment about getting the olympic weights, and don't get the spin collars. Spin collars are cool for dumbbells so that you have a bit more safety when they're over your head. For your main barbell, you're going to get annoyed quickly trust me. |
