| Pro Stature | So here is the split I will be trying for the next few months.If it works I will most likely stick with it.Please critique! Monday-Chest/Biceps Tuesday-Quads/Hamstrings Wednseday-Shoulders/Triceps Thursday-Quads/Hamstrings Friday-Back Tomorrow I will posts all the exercises for each day.

| Pro Stature | Calves will be done mon,tue,thur,fri. Here's mondays workout: Bench Press:10-5-2-1 Incline Press:10-5-2-1 Incline flyes:6-6-8 Machine flyes:6-6-8 Push ups:25-25-25 Standing Barbel curls:8-8-10 Incline curls:5-5-7 Concentration curls:10-8-6 Machine Curls:6-6-7 Calf raises:50-50-50 My goals are to get stronger while packing on some mass.
