| Pro Stature | This si the routine I'm doing for boxing. My main goals in general are speed, endurance, and strength. Speed I get from experience and time and I can't really specifically train that. Endurance I found best to me being from sparring, speed bag, etc, so what's left is strength. How is this routine? This is done 5x a week. Pushup- 3x5 Squats-3x5 Pullup- 3x5 These are done weighted. Each day is also different, tuesday might be dips instead of pushups etc. |
