Default How many sets per muscle do you guys do for each muscle group?

Just wondering how much you guys do per bodypart. If it's different for each bodypart post here.

Per muscle group
I warmup each muscle group with light weight and high reps 2-3 warmup sets.

Per exercise
I then do 1 acclimation set 75-80% of my working sets for each exercise, followed by 2-3 working sets 90-100% of max (or a new max).

Depends on the muscle group. Chest 6-10, back 8-10, legs 10ish per week. Directly train bis, tris, shoulders, and traps with 4 a week.

I'm planning on switching to a new program soon, so that will change.

Depends on the muscle group. I can do a lot more sets with my legs than I can with my upper body muscles since a lot of leg muscle fibers are slow twitch from being constantly used. I can, for instance, do 5 sets of 200 reps in calf raises if I wanted to (and I do every once in a while to shock the hell out of them).

6-9 work sets. I do 2-3 warmup sets on the first exercise.

If I'm only training each bodypart 1x per week then I will perform 15-20 sets for each one. When I am training them 2x per week it comes out to about 12 sets per week.
