Anyone who can't, that would be a very good goal to set for yourself. I'm exempt right now for my pec tear injury. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I weigh 166 and yesterday I put up 165 x6, x7. I stopped well short of failure on both sets because I don't work with a spotter. I just started doing flat bb bench again last week after a layoff of 6 to 7 months and I'm still just getting my form and feel back. Today I did a high-rep pre-exhaust set of cable crossovers (30 per side x20), and then immediately incline benched 76 lb dumbbells for 6 reps. The last rep was a bastard, but I got it up.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | My best presses at a bodyweight of 160 were a bw+100 x 4 dip and a 195x3 bench. I never repped out my bodyweight though, however a couple months ago when I was in the swing of things, I definitely could have BP'd my bodyweight. 10x (160lbs). My back is still healing right now so I know my strength is down... it's been a while since I've been under a bench. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I weigh 237 as of today at the end of the day wearing clothes. I can put up 240 about 15 times. Or I should say the last time I attempted a max effort roughly 1.5 months ago it was 15 times. I think I could still do it. I did 225x20 tonight.
