Strength can be a funny thing you know? Because of my pec tear I can probably only BP my own weight 10x. ![]() Way back when, when I was 22 years old and weighed about 270lbs, I did a 225lb BP for 39 reps. I missed the school record by 2 reps.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Damn serious weight everyone. I am going to try to see how many pushups I can do in a few days once recover from some workouts. I just started working out again 2 weeks ago and I am only doing bicep curls, shoulders, and pushup works until i get my strength back up a bit.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Pushups? From lockout to upper arms parallel to the ground(military style) I can do about 90-110 without a time limit. About 80-85 with a 2 minute time limit and about 65 without a rest/pause.
