| is missing heavy pulls | ownload Here: http://rapidshare.de/files/2730451/P...ndows.zip.html Use the following information to register: name: (yours) email address: opus@bloomcounty.us.gov serial number: 0038579700 Very cool software. I just installed it, and its very helpful. You can keep track of everything in one simple program. Your lifting routine, your totals, cardio, your diet, supplements, body stats, progress, etc. It is very detailed and it keeps track of your progress. For anyone who keeps logs of your exercise, diet, supplements, and everything else, this is a must have piece of software. This is the full version (not a demo). Enjoy!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 94 | I keep a journal myself as well. I used to just rely on my memory for PRs and such but then started keeping real records, it really makes it easy to go back and see how you're doing and what kind of progress you're making. Mine are just on paper, do any of you guys keep your progress online? ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 71 | I keep an online journal/log. I used track it in my head like weakbeast, but I find writing them down leads to more success.
