I just installed it, and its very helpful. You can keep track of everything in one simple program. Your lifting routine, your totals, cardio, your diet, supplements, body stats, progress, etc. It is very detailed and it keeps track of your progress. For anyone who keeps logs of your exercise, diet, supplements, and everything else, this is a must have piece of software. This is the full version (not a demo). Enjoy!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 253 | I keep a journal myself as well. I used to just rely on my memory for PRs and such but then started keeping real records, it really makes it easy to go back and see how you're doing and what kind of progress you're making. Mine are just on paper, do any of you guys keep your progress online? ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 205 | I keep an online journal/log. I used track it in my head like weakbeast, but I find writing them down leads to more success.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | little notebook i take with me to the gym. i do 4 sets of a 4-8 range. starting with about 7-8 reps the first set. add weight 6-8 reps second set. add weight. 5-7 reps third set. add weight. bust my ass for 3-5 reps (goal being 4 but sometimes it is just too heavy). now where the log notebook comes in is i record the weight for my last set and make that the weight for my 3rd set the next week and add a little more the next week. constant strength gains so far. not to mention blowin up. split: -arms (weak point) -legs (upper body rest) -chest -rest -shoulders (weak point) -back -rest |

That sucks. I would be pissed if that happened to my log books.. I am considering scanning them into my computer, and then backing them up onto a CD. | |
