Do a simple workout, good diet, rest, consitancy, you'll look sort of like him in a year or more.

print these pictures, post them in ur room or somewhere discreet and use as motivation to stick to a good diet (fats, carbs, protein) and to hit the gym. Lift heavy and with proper form. If you're just beginning to lift, then go light and get form under your belt, then lift heavy. Do compound movements (bench, squats, deadlifts) Lift with sense PLEASE. know that abs are made in the kitchen and not the gym. You can do 1000 sit ups a night and no that u wont see them until you get that layer of fat covering them off. Rome wasn't built in a day, it will take time. You will expierence set backs and you will want to eat that piece of pizza but which is more important to you? the pizza or your abs??

And as far as the "V" that can be seen in most guys once they are under about 8% body fat.

As for the workout routine, that's totally up to you. I would suggest a full body workout for you if you're just beginning. Something like"

Monday: Upper
Tuesday: Lower
Wednesday: Cardio OR rest (whichever you want)
Thursday: Upper
Friday: Lower
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Or you could make is a "true" FB workout and work everything on like Monday and rest or cardio the other day and workout again on like Thursday or Friday and rest on saturday and sunday. You have sooo many choices.

Good Post LuxuryChic...

belboy.. I would go with what she said.. it will take some time.. but if you keep yourself motivated.. and working hard.. you will see improvements, but you have to remember that it will not be quickly.. you have to work long and hard to get a body like that..

google him and get pics, a bunch of pics. start a journal and post pics of him in it, and make sure you look at it every morning 24/7 and say to yourself "i will look like you soon"

Dieting is key. You can lift weights all day if you want, but at the end of the day if your diet wasn't on point then it was worthless. You will have built muscle that will be covered by fat. Not saying your diet has to be TOP NOTCH HARDCORE BB style, but cut all junk, simple carbs, eat good/complete protein source, stay away from processed food at all costs. You say you weight about 312? Currently my macro ratio is 20/40/40 (fats/carbs/protein) there are a number of different ratios you could do, but start cutting with a LBM of say 170-180 (1700-1800 cals a day) 40-50g of fat, 170-180g of carbs and protein. You don't have to hit it everyday, but atleast get close, even if you go over a little that's fine (A LITTLE) i would rather see you go under than go over tho).

Make sure your PWO shake is a good source of carbs and protein (shake in water with maybe a cup of oats in it) Eat fruit as you see fit, but eat it sparingly as it is a carb source (all sugar too). 3-5 Liters of water a day (gradually get up to that much) Don't force yourself to drink water the 1st day you start to drink it. Your body will soon get used to it and crave more and more.

Also do trap work (shrugs mainly) I also thought that was what usher was missing in his physique. His body is very nice, but it was ALWAYS something missing and now i no, bigger traps!

He does, but not like his upper body, sure calf work and squats, but nothing more for the legs.

About a year ago there was some thing on VH1. Usher said he doesn't believe in using weights. He uses bodyweight exercises only. He said something pretty close to this- "Guys who lift weights think their getting strong, but their not. The only way to get really strong is to use bodyweight exercises." He said something like that, it was a while ago, so I don't remeber his exact words.

So there you have it, if you want a body like that, don't lift weights.

At 6'1" 312 you have a completely different body type then Usher. You'd have to get down to about 180 ripped in 10 months which is not going to happen, well I guess anything is possible but I think your setting yourself up for disappointment.

I agree, and if you lose weight slower you will keep more muscle and have less of a problem with loose skin. People who lose a huge amount of weight real quick seem to have a problem with loose skin.

I'd say 80 lbs max is a good goal, and that would be with a caloric deficit of about 760 calories per day. During that time you'll also probably want to take a week or two once in a while to eat at or slightly above maintenance to speed up your metabolism again.

EDIT: sorry, my numbers were for 12 months. 2 lbs per week is the max that I would try for.

Don't **** your diet over if you want to lose weight.

Believe in cardio otherwise you'll lose 100% of your muscles (which you want) and you'll have the shittiest nervous system ever.

I don't like to people do this, use your cardio and diet effectively.
