| Pro Stature | Why don't you just do 1 muscle a day? |

| Pro Stature | So he does an AM/PM split I guess. He wants to train muscles twice per week? We need to see his split, and what he wants to do. Because I don't understand...why doesn't he just hit the other muscle the next day in school? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 34 | only bad depending on what it is.. IMO if you do lets say shoulders at school and then hit back or chest later on that day, id consider it bad. but if you're oding one upper body then one lower body i wouldnt call it bad, just be sure you're eating enough calories and gettin enough rest for 2 a days. what days do are your classes at school? if like you have weight training mon/wed/fri in the mornings, why dont u jus hit a muscle in class, then tues/thurs go to a gym and hit a muscle. why does it have to be twice a day? unless you're taking 2 weight training classes? |

And it's 3 days mandatory but the other 2 you don't have to do? If that's the case... Monday-AM.Triceps PM.Chest Tuesday-AM.Biceps PM.Back Wednesday-AM. Shoulders Thursday-PM. Legs Friday-Off or do some light work on lagging muscle | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 165 | If you have time then 2 times a day can be benificial in many ways. By doing it at two separate times, you can have fully concentration and intensty on the muscle groups your working. Try spacing your workouts 4-5 hours at least from each other.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | It is good to hit two muscles on same day. But you need to hit a muscle group. It is best for you if you are also practicing a specific muscle group on same day. |
