Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I just started High intensity training Its when you Dont do reps you do to Failure 1 set Ill post how good it goes every week But i have a question the question is that Will i gain anything if I use one type of Pounds on each excersize I call it my "All round about training" its when i use a certain poundage for each excersize So right know Im only doing 20 right know but i can do 30 But I just got back to BB so my strength is kinda low from not working out for like 3 weeks becasue of Volleyball So will i gain anything doing this>? |

| Soldier In Progress | If you're coming back from a few weeks of downtime, you should get your strength back pretty quickly. I don't understand what you mean by doing 20 knowing you can do 30, ect?
