Default hi all

My gym only has weight machines, but my best friend works out at a gym with machines and free weights. What are the major advantages of strength machines?

Strength Machines are great for people with injuries (or previous injuries). Ironically, they also tend to cause injuries due to a lack of stimulus on stablizing tendons, tissues and muscles. They train little biological efficiency. Stick with free weights.

hey dude, thanks for advice, if I have problems with joints (on hands) can I achieve some triceps mass with weight machines? Or what is the best solution here?
