Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Heya. I might not have been training all that long, but even before I started training I noticed a vast difference in parts of my body compared to another. eg. when I first joined the gym I had an assessment where they took my measurements and all that. It revealed that my right bicep was 42cm, while my left a mere 36cm. 6 CM DIFFERENCE?!!?! the trainer re-measured it 3 times to make sure he got it right, and sure enough he was. Nowdays with weight loss and training I've got it so both arms are within a cm of eachother, but when I look in the mirror the right is still looks... thicker... and more defined. This is the most obvious difference, I was just wondering if there are ways to change things like this... I understand compound lifts are the way to go for things like chest etc, and Im already doing lots of that... but for something more isolated like the biceps, whats the best way to go about it there? |

It's natural to have small differences between each side. My right arm is about 1/2" bigger than the left one. Since you haven't been training that long it should even out after some time... and  @ Gunter
