Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | :crazy1: OK guys here the deal, I am 18 years old as many of you know. I am 5'9" and around 190. I am prol a little over 15% bf. I need a new lifting program for football. I believe I have made some damn good gains over the years considering I really have never followed an entire program. I am not a newbie and I would like to think I have pretty good knowledge of diet and training. What programs would you guys recommend? Westside, DC, Max-Ot, etc etc. Any help at all would be appreciated.:crazy1: |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I would recommend Max-OT because I have done it for over a year and a half. It's a great program and produces a lot of strength gains. I'd say more strength than size.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | Just lift and eat. Max-OT is a good base, but it can be developed to match your needs.

| Pro Stature | I like your little cartoon character, but if the larger "o" is supposed to be his thumb, you have his left hand backwards. The thumb can't be closer to his body if he has palms up holding the sign. :cam: Just thought you would like to know. No offense intended bro......

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | If you want strength than i suggest Max-OT. Ive used it before and i liked it. One of the main reasons i like it though is that it isnt very complicated. Low volume and heavy sets.
