Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | It's great for gaining mass and strength if you use the ME and RE days like in Joe DeFranco's version. |

| Pro Stature | If you want mroe size, I would suggest doing Westside for Bodybuilders. Just search on it at t-nation.com. It's a really good article. |

| Pro Stature | I personally never tried it because I'll still in building my foundation and not trying something like Westisde yet. But one of my friends tried Westside for Bodybuilders and Westside for Skinny Bastards II. He gained a lot on both programs. His upper body with both programs gained about the same but his lower body was a lot better with bodybuilders westside version. But I personally haven't done it personally. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | im talking about dave mkenna? dave somethings version with the max effort days then supplementary exercises and then dynamic days with speed work. basically a percentage based program, but it sounds promising. im not looking for size, im just looking for strength/power. if size comes with alot of strength then thats a bonus for me. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Just do Dave Tate's 9 week program. Adjust the volume to your liking. |
