Default Is it good to do Bent-Over Barbell and T-Bar rows?

Would doing both of these promote over training in your upper back? I usually do one-handed dumbbell rows and t-bar rows for my upper back, and it seems to work good for me, but bent-over barbell rows interest me, they're supposed to do wonders for back thickness. Would doing all of these exercises in one session over train your back? And if so, which two exercises would promote best back thickness?

I say constant change, maybe substitute bb rows for t-bar?

I absolutely love yates rows which is a slight variation. Here is a clip

But I would suggest using this grip Straight to the Bar: Row, row, row

It worked wonders for my back. Don't go for an ego trip and do a lot of weight. It doesn't take much for your back to burn when doing Yate's Rows.

If you are lacking thickness, do both.

You have deads for thickness, and two rowing movements. You can replace the DB Rows with BB Rows, alternating between the two each time you train back.

I love them too. One of my favorite exercises for back. Train heavy, while maintaining form, and you will definitely feel it in your lats.

I'd just rotate between DB, Tbar and BB rows. I dont like doing more then 6sets of rows per workout, cause you need to match the amounts of rows with pulls. Then with deads and hypers thats just too much for one day.
