Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | You could go with the basics, like me. Monday: Squat - Bench - Row Wednesday: Squat - Incline Bench - Deadlift Friday: Squat - Bench - Row Deadsquatter.com has basically the same workout with a few additions, doing it 5x5 style for strength. |
