Default Full Body Routine

I need to change my routine. I'm wanting to do a full body routine 2-3 times a week so i can run more.
I workout at home. I have a weight bench, barbell, dumbell, pull up bar. Any help would be great. Thank you..

You could go with the basics, like me.

Monday: Squat - Bench - Row

Wednesday: Squat - Incline Bench - Deadlift

Friday: Squat - Bench - Row

Deadsquatter.com has basically the same workout with a few additions, doing it 5x5 style for strength.

word to this. Just keep isolations pretty much out of the equation.

HST is also an option, although it is not much of a strength routine.

Don't forget your multi

Good point on the HST, especially if she's cutting. It's a good routine for cuts in and of itself, and there are a few modified version specifically for cutting that supposedly work well. Never tried those though, I've done the basic workout and a clustered version.
