Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Looks fine to me...I mean there's alwaus different ways to incorporate a lift. Pause reps, negatives etc but yous was controlled and there wasn't any bouncing. Looked fine to me.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | I agree with Jayhawkk, your control is very good. I'd make my grip a little narrower, you seem pretty wide in that vid. Are you still having trouble making progress on your bench?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | do incline barbell press and close up that grip a bit. I think if you do that for a couple months your flat bench will go up a bit(in addition to thickening up your upper chest).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Well, if your triceps are your strong point then it could possibly be a weak chest hurting your bench number? I'd go wider if that's the case. I know when I hit a sticking point in my bench I usually switch up a couple of things. Before I would even suggest what to change I would want to see what your average week looks like for chest.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | lol, I keep mine out flaired as flaired can be. I do bring them in on occasion when changing things up but it hurts my shoulders big time to do heavy weight with it. Might be the reason i'm not a power lifter ![]()
