| Pro Stature | well I was warming up today and I was doing my dip set and I got that sick shitty feeling in my stomach. I ignored it and went on to powercleans then on my 2nd set boom I ran to the bathroom and threw up. It sucked so me and my dad just left. I think it was either too hot in the gym or it was the tuna sandwhich I had before I worked out. |

| IronMass Vip | It could be a couple of different things too. Were you adequately rested? Have you been under excessive stress? Were you adequately hydrated? I had a bad day yesterday too, after an entire week of rough days at the office. I did a 20 minute workout and felt like I was either going to puke or have a heart attack. I went and sat down, but finally around 7pm I just cracked and had a panic attack. So, I think it was stress that was making me sick. Overheatedness and tuna sandwichness are two very likely culprits though.

| Pro Stature | Yeah I think it might've been the sandwhich because I'm not under any huge stress and I drink like 3 liters of water everyday. |
