Stop playing around and hit the fecking weights Blue!!!!! :dumbells: On a serious note, I think your program looks pretty solid, but I would just do some warm up sets with lite weights for legs instead of the extension/curls. Everyone is different, but it would help you concentrate of your form and get your legs warmed up at the same time. That way when you start to go heavy, the movement is already in your head and you can focus on the lift consciously(sp?) more than your form. Just my 2 cents, you know what your doing. How has the summer been treating your?
