so i started it on friday at 7 am. I have never trained in the morning and was looking forward to training. I didnt knwo what i was getting myself into

It was ****ing brutal, i almost threw up and i still have a headahce from that morning.

yeah. it's a different thing all together. great for fat people trying to loose weight and those who use circuts and stuff. Training that time of the day does that magazine add catch phrase "Speed up your metabolism all day!!"

training in the morning is tough as nails though. I lift like 70% in the morning. No glucose.... maybe cause i sleep for like 11 hours.

werd, i just took my prework out drink (white flood) before the gym and i was weak.

305 x 2 was heavy as shit, which is 75 % 1rm

never trainin in the mornin again.

mornings suck for working out imo, even if studies show people who lift in the morning have high free floating test. I'd rather sleep and enjoy the morning.
