Squat is the only lift I really care about having high as its the only one I find I have potential with. Would doing a bodybuilding routine for every muscle group except legs make sense? I would be doing powerlifting for my legs and bodybuilding for everything else. Would this be an okay idea? I was thinking about doing this russian squat program but doing a hypertrophy program for everything else. http://www.timinvermont.com/fitness/russian.htm
