Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I am a big proponent of 5x5 so i will post a few links to some variations of it. http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_8817/m...y_/tm.htm#8817 http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=375215 I have Needsize's 5x5 Routine saved on my computer. There have been many posts and re-posts of it, but not in awhile. There is a post of half of it @ Elite forums, but not the whole thing. If anyone is interested, PM me and i'll send it to you. |
