Good post, I have tried a few types of training and so far basic splits are my favorite. I hate TP PT though

DC..it's as simple as that.

I dont want to swim in a sea of similarity. That's crazy to me. I want to be a freak. I like it that way. I'm a 172 lbs with a long ass road ahead but i've got a big freakin cooler, a barbell, and some plates, so let's ride brothers.
