the summer'

The disater here outside of New Orleans trashed mine. I met my goal of 5'9" 218 and surpassed it to 227, then the storm hit. My training hasnt been the same. Im hovering around 200 which is still a good weight for me but not what I planned on.

I think Im gonna get to about 210lbs and that ll be a good weight for me.

I don't have a summer goal.

I have monthly and weekly goals. It's better way to stay motivated and gives you more accomplishments.

Sorry to hear about your tragedy.

My goal for the summer was to be 183 at 11%. It's tought to say whether I accomplished it, for I am hovering around 180 at 12% right now. With water weight added back, I imagine I'd be somewhere near my goal. My goal was ambitious and agressive for where I started and the time frame, so either way, I packed on about 20 lbs of solid mass this year.
