Default Deadlifting

Straight up... does anyone feel some days they just want to deadlift. Seriously. Scew curls, presses, and squats. I mean, I do the standard splitsfor my figure... but I just love to deadlift. It is the ultimate pull. I wish I could deadlift all day long, every day. I just feel like the man when I do it. Everyone stares while they do their freaking biceps... I'm standing there grunting, just lifting a sh** load off the ground.

Props to the deadlift...

:yes: Squats are the s&*t. Deadlifts are awesome, but rarely feel the need.
