yah. i've seen a few variations on this stuff. it looks BRUTAL.

I can't even do OH squats.... lol

yeah, people that are serious about crossfit are definitely in good shape... the people I know that do it tend to be into MMA/fighting.

if I wasn't doing OL, I would probably do Crossfit. I've been interested in the idea of it for a long time, and it seems more worthwhile if I'm not doing OL. I have yet to meet anyone not in shape after doing Crossfit for some time.
