Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Alright I have been doing this routine for a while now and have been seeing some gains but I want some ideas on how to tweak it to maximize gains. Monday-Chest/Tris Incline Dumbell: 3 sets of 8 Hammer Strength Iso Wide Chest: 3 sets of 8 Dips: 5x8ish reps Incline Flys: 2 sets of 10 Machine Flys: 3 sets of 8 Tri's: Dumbell Extensions: 3x8 Some form of pushdown: 3x10 Tuesday: Legs. My legs are coming in good so I know I make great progress. Wednesday: off/abs Thursday: Back/bi's Pullups: 3x10 Hammer Strength High Rows: 3x8 Seated Cable Rows: 3x8 Dumbell Row: 3x8 Preacher Curl machine: 3x10 Standing EZ bar curl: 3x8 Standing DB curls: 2x8 Friday: Shoulder are doing freaking great. Only weakness is in side laterals. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. My main lagging areas are my chest, tri's, bi's.
