Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I've been doing flat close grip bench and its been doing wonders. I hear people talk about doing it on incline and how great that is, but how does it hit your tris differently? And does anyone do decline CG at all?

I am a big fan of partials for triceps... Your triceps can handle a lot more weight than your shoulders or chest.. It's a shame to limit them... also domeone mentioned decline close grip... definatly the most comfortable way to do them.. In my opinion doing incline CG flat CG or decline hits the muscle pretty much the same it is mainly a matter of comfort... | |
