| Amateur | Okay so here is my split. Mon: Chest, Tri, Forearms, abs. Tue: Back, Bi's, traps, forearms Wed: Cardio Thr: Legs /Delts, Tri Friday: Bi's and other odd muscles Sat: Cardio Sun: Cardio Now I'm woundering if this is enough for my cardio I run 30 mins on a treadmill 45 mins on a bike 45mins on a cross trainer and 2000m of rowing.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | That is an incredible amount of cardio, but the golden quesiton must be asked - what are your goals? If you want to build muscle and get bigger, I would definitely suggest cutting down on the cardio. If you don't want to cut down, just make sure you're eating enough cals to make up for it (that is a lot of calories!!) If you main goal is cardiovascular health/endurance or you're training for a specific sport that requires incredible cardiovascular capabilities, then by all means do the cardio. It's all about goals. |

| Amateur | Well thing is, I am eating alot (every 2 - 3 hours) I do want to gain size but I want to keep toned. I guess I'll cut down on the cardio (just do 1 day a week) Hopfully I won't be taking in too many cals
