Default Cario advice..

Okay so here is my split.

Mon: Chest, Tri, Forearms, abs.
Tue: Back, Bi's, traps, forearms
Wed: Cardio
Thr: Legs /Delts, Tri
Friday: Bi's and other odd muscles
Sat: Cardio
Sun: Cardio

Now I'm woundering if this is enough for my cardio I run 30 mins on a treadmill 45 mins on a bike 45mins on a cross trainer and 2000m of rowing.

In one day, or is that one day running on treadmill, one day 45min. on bike and one day 2000m of rowing?

That seems like enough to me lol.

In one day. So around 3 hours each cardio day.

Oh, wow. I would actually recommend you cut down to like 1 hour, but let's see what others have to say.

That is an incredible amount of cardio, but the golden quesiton must be asked - what are your goals?

If you want to build muscle and get bigger, I would definitely suggest cutting down on the cardio. If you don't want to cut down, just make sure you're eating enough cals to make up for it (that is a lot of calories!!)

If you main goal is cardiovascular health/endurance or you're training for a specific sport that requires incredible cardiovascular capabilities, then by all means do the cardio.

It's all about goals.

Well thing is, I am eating alot (every 2 - 3 hours) I do want to gain size but I want to keep toned. I guess I'll cut down on the cardio (just do 1 day a week) Hopfully I won't be taking in too many cals

I eat a lot as well (every2-4 hrs) andI don't do cardio and I'm maintaining weight! 2500-2700 kcalsa day
