Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I've always avoided doing cardio on leg days. I doubt there's anything truly wrong with doing both as long as you don't bike the Tour de France or run a marathon, but I just don't feel that I'd have the energy to do a good cardio session within 12 hours of brutalizing my legs. Even the day after doing legs, my cardio is usually a little lacking in intensity, but I like doing cardio the day after to get some blood flowing and reduce DOMS.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 50 | i agree with b-boy... but it is ok to do it i just drop cut the session in 1/2 and less intense i.e 10mins vs 30. i rather do that then come in on the weekend. I like to have the entire weekend free to recovery.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I try/want to do a cardio session after my leg workout... However most of the time it's simply not possible. On top of squats, lunges, and the leg press, I also utilize triple drop sets on leg curls and leg raises.... after which I'm constantly battle to stand upright, let alone walk on a incline treadmill - I serious think I'd hurt myself on it if I tried after most of my workouts.

, but it doesn't seem to effect how much I can lift.As far as doing cardio with DOMS... I have sick DOMS for about 5 days after doing legs anyways after doing 4-6 rep squats to failure (using the catches on the rack). If I didn't do cardio with DOMS I'd never get any done! I find if I push hard in cardio for the first 5 minutes it gets much easier/less sore for the duration of the cardio though.
