Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | If I wanted to lose no muscle at all but lose fat (obviously not 5% a week or something stupid like that otherwise I'd do all out cardio every day) what type of cardio should I do? I lift 4 times a week so that leaves just 3 free days for which I could do cardio. Obviously if lifting 4 times and cardio 3 times a week is overtraining I'd like to know as I don't want to sacrifice any gains just for the sake of losing some body fat. Anyway, I keep hearing conflicting information all over the Internet about Low Intensity Cardio and HIIT. Some people swear by 1 and some by the other. I thought that I would come ask on this forum as there's obviously going to be people here with personal experience on which is the better one for losing fat without any muscle loss. Also, as Dante (DC Training) said I am not going to be cutting and bulking anymore... I am just going to go for a clean bulking diet and do cardio aswell so I can build muscle as well as lose fat. I would appreciate anybody's opinions on which is the better cardio for my goals and if possible, why? Also, how many times should I be doing cardio so it doesn't cause overtraining? Thanks Alot, Pump! |
