| Pro Stature | I always find those funny. I have heard someone that went to BUD/S say that that is a crock of shit and that you can take that entire workout, roll it into one day, and that is not even day one of BUD/S.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | http://www.bragg.army.mil/specialforces/prepare.htm This is what the actual Special Forces site recomends you do in order to get ready to go to special forces selection, I will do some more research and try to find any more "official" sites. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/6682/handbook2.htm OK this is the best I could find to prepare you for Ranger school, I have not been to Ranger school, but I have many buddies that have been and I can assure you, you need to be in tip top shape to make it through this school. You are sleep and food deprived for the most part of the school, this school not only tests your physical fitness, but moreso how you hanld yourself under extreme circumstances. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I seen ppl do a modified Navy Seal workout: warm up 20 min of stretching (big change) 30 minutes of push ups, pull ups, abs, leg exercises (basically every exercise that you can think of without using weights) 30 minutes of weight training pick 2 exercises per major bodygroup, 1 for minor do one set to failure(6-8 reps) and one set lighter weight (4-2-4 tempo) 15-20 minutes of cardio |

| Pro Stature | The reason they are in great shape is because they are ALWAYS doing something. Even on rest days they are doing more than the average person. It is a lifestyle, not a workout.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 28 | Wanna see how you'd do in an Army physical training test? Simple enough: 1. Do as many push-ups you can in 2mins. time.. 2. Do as many sit-ups you can in 2mins time.. 3. Run 2 miles in under 15mins.. They have a scale by age on where you max out.. I've always maxed out everything but the run, wasn't gonna kill myself running a 7 min mile both ways.. My best was 199 push-ups in 2mins (first 75 done in unit record 48.7sec), 120 sit-ups, and ran the 2 in 14:05.. Hooah!
