I think it'd be fun. ![]() On a serious note now, I think it could be pretty good... a bunch of people on another board started doing it for the hell of it. So far only one has finished but he went from a 405 lb squat to 455 in 25 days... Thoughts? Opinions?

| is missing heavy pulls | it works great. Everyone that ive seen try it has made crazy gains. I started it but had to many other athletic things going on. If all you do is lift go for it, but if you have to play a sport it will be to much |

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | Nah I don't do anything but lift. See, my whole goal is to get a spot in my high school's 700 Club before I graduate. I am a senior and have 9 months. Getting into the 700 Club means that: Bench 1RM + Squat 1RM + Powerclean 1RM > 700 lbs I am pretty sure I can do that by the end of this semester. My last tested total was 625, but it is probably slightly higher now. Everything is steadily rising. If and when I get into the 700 Club, my next goal is to get into the 800 Club. There is only one other person in that right now. I really think this routine could bring my squat up around 50 lbs within my second semester... and launch me closer towards the 800 club.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | A friend of mine in New York, Andy, did this squat cycle a few months back. He injured his right arm so all he could do was squats. He went from a low 400lb raw squat to 505 on it. He is also 250-260lbs, and a certified NCSA trainer, but man was he hurting after this cycle. if you got the balls to do it and STICK with it. It will work.
