Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | I would do a two-day/week ab routine. Just do a few basic exercises, don't know exactly what equipment you have. Something basic, don't know what her goals are either. Basic exercises: crunches leg/kneee raises reverse crunch weighted crunches russian twist low-cable pull-ins oblique crunch cross-crunch A few of those exercises thrown in a circuit of 20 reps or so 1 set each without rest between exercises twice a week would be good for starts. Go to www.exrx.net and look up some ab exercises and change things up every 2-3 weeks. |
