Default 4 weeks off training been on holiday

Been away for a few weeks, fractured my wrist while i was out there on a punching machine also, so had about 4 weeks off training, whats best meathod to ease back into it?

full body? or back to splits straight away?

What is your fitness level? How much lifting experience do you have?

Just to avoid a serious case of DOMS, I would probably ease back into your training with a full body workout 3x per week. 2 weeks of that is probably enough and then you can switch to a higher volume split of your choice.

That was going to be my advice as well maybe add a week or to if the full body routine is working. Remember you are going to be able to take advantage of newbi style gains for a short period of time. But start back slow especially if your are coming back from an injury.
