Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I must say i tried the basics of wut the characters did to get in shape and wow i actually threw up. I've decided i really want to shred now and my friend showed me the video of them training for the movie so i decided try this for a while, but i was wondering if anybody would have any opinions on it. The work out Everything is non-stop no breaks at all(well ur suppose to but i had to break it up in sets on some things) 1. 25 pull ups 2. 50 deadlifts of 135 pounds 3. 50 push ups. 4. 50 26" box jumps 5. 50 Floor wipers (you lay on the ground and hold 135 on a bar bell as if ur were at the top of ur bench and raise ur legs once to each side all the way to the 45 lb. plate. keeping legs straight as possible) 6. 25 one arm clean and jerks touching the ground each time( 25 for both right and left hand) 7. 25 more pull ups non stop. I warmed up with a jog on the tread mill on the highest incline. just to get the blood flowing. the whole work out lasted about 30-35 minutes counting the work out. Its suppose to be done in about 20, maybe i'll get there one day. I am doing this every other day with light cardio in between, such as swiming, and jogging. opinions are welcome and appreciated. |

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | LOL I saw this online a few months back, it seems really intense. Definitely not a strength oriented program, but it's crazy as shit and will no doubt sculpt you like mad. If it ever gets to the point where I can't do full workouts consistently (like when I get a job or go to college) I plan to give this a whirl just for fun. Too bad I can't do a single pull up lol. Take some before pictures. In a few months, take some after pictures post them all for us! I know a bunch of people have to be wondering whether this works or not (myself included) so I think you'd be doing a lot of people a service. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | wow i just got done with another work out and man right after wards i was so tired it was ridiculous but 30 minutes late i am so pumped i can't sit down. I am having trouble typing this right now. Why would i have so much energy that fast its ridiculous. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | so i can already tell im getting more cut my bottom abs ar really starting to form, also the szie i can't tell yet but my frinds say my arms ar getting bigger so who knows hopefully i get the best of both worlds |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | well i went to the gym and the fing key entry was fraked up man i was so pissed oh well i had to do a at home work out and its hard as flip to do pull ups on a tree limb. did a couple different things tried to keep it as close to the original movements as possible. but still was tired as flip after my work out. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | well im up to 21 pull ups in a row and have changed is where my push ups i do on dumb bells so i can go deeper. Man i can't beleive how much harder that made it. Definitely noticing a change in stamina its all reps are going up but i still feel like a train wreck after the work out. Feels so good. gonna put some pics up in a couple more days |

Third, 4th and 5th guy was yelled at by 3 other OL lifters and myself. First off, they weren't even doing it as it was supposed to be done. Secondly, its dangerous as hell and stupid as hell. I doubt the guys in the movie even did use this workout. First off they had to be big already, then they just had to cut down and maybe improve certain bodyparts. I was hoping the one kid actually did drop the bar on him, cuz he was on a bnech and not the floor, so it would have hurt him to hell and back.
