SAN v12 Swole CEE from BN NOS Ether etc. Training and Experience: Training around 3 yrs now. Put a few good pounds from muscle ON cycle. Feel sick during PCT lost some. Made a desperate attempt at a salvage recomp and here I am. A pic is attached, its around 25 days old, pretty flat, hopefully am a little better than that. 5 day workout split Day 1: Chest/ Tris - Cardio Day 2: Legs- Glutes and Quads Day 3: Shoulders/ Neck/ Bi's Day 4: Off - Cardio Day 5: Back- Lower/ Some Lats/ Traps Day 6: Legs- Calves/ Hams / Abs Day 7: Off- Cardio Cardio: This is a serious attempt at cutting after almost 1.5 years. Cardio will start off with basic running and stair climbing (25 floors). Around week 4 the swimming will start. I am going to concentrate on muscle density, hardness and defenition.The next 50 days will be interesting to watch. Cycle Goal 230 @ 11% Main Supplements: Molecular Nutrition - X factor Accessory Supps: Ephedrine HCL Clen - I have a prescription. Clenbutrol HCL dosing plan 40/40/60/60/80/80/100/100/120/120/150/150/120/120/100/100/80 Taurine on a ramp up dose.Ephidrine HCL dosing Week 1 50mg Week 2 75mg Week 3 100mg Xtreme Labs - Iso whey Isopure Carb Free Post WO Plenty of antioxidants Vit C ed 4g Zinc ed 50mg Current calorics: 3500 to start, dropping it to 3000 and maybe 2800 eventually. Diet: 6 meals to begin, 8 after week 3. Looking at smaller denser meals with complex carbs before workouts. Water intake hopefully shld be 2-3 gallons. I have two bottles of extra virgin coconut oil with me. No peanut butter, i feel like killing myself. Fish is on the low, maybe tuna once a week. Loaded with chicken breasts, lentils etc. Cycle will be jump started with either clen or ECA. If anyone wants me to run a particular product (thermo/cutter based)and if I have it, I can throw it in later. I chewed my Xfactor and broke the gel cap, it tastes like fish ![]() Sides Aeter, for some reason I burp for awhile after the Xfactor, cant figure why. I normally never burp a whole lot. Otherwise its pretty side free. I have not started the Clen. Just waiting to get 100% serious before I start anything.

Sides Burping like a pig. Nothing more to report at the moment. I will weigh myself day after. How many days do you guys want me to weigh myself ?

Meal 1 12pm Rice 2 chicken breasts 2 chicken thighs 1 tomato 3 30pm Oats + whey 5 00 pm lift + 2 X factor 6 30 pm 3 Scoops of whey 8 40pm Huge meal - 1.5 lbs of Shrimp+ Lean Beef +6 oyester+ 2 scoops of rice+ 1 chicken breast. 10 30 1 scoop of whey 3 50 4 scoops of whey I really had a blast of a workout for some reason. Maybe owing to some more food. Lats/Tri's Pull downs Wide 100/150/200/220/250 - 20/10 10 10 10 Center 100/200/250/270 - 10 10 6 3 DB rows 100x 10 110x10 120x10 Bent over BB rows 95x10 135x10 155x10 Tricep - Various cable work All supersetted, only machine - free weight on arm day. Interesting points Supersetted tricep pull downs and kick backs, nice pump! Pumps pretty comparable to an NO product however not the painful pump i love. I think my pants may have become a tad looser, maybe its psycological. Think I need a test booster? In other news ![]() I bought 2 tubs of bodyfortress protein from Walmart, 32servings of 20g P each. 2g carbs and no fat. Mixability - 9/10 Taste (-)5/10 this tastes BAD! I just added some non flavoured cool aid and splenda to the vanilla shake, it tastes pretty decent. Anymore bright ideas ppl?
