Had an interview, showered, popped in the Original stim X = 3 caps of retail X then took 50mcg ClenB. Holy shizzy, 1hr and 10 mins later, it was a trip i swear, the lack of sleep coupled with the extreme focus and rush was crazy. Messed up is just an understatement. Good intake nevertheless Meal 1 - Bread + 2 chicken breasts + a veggie salad Meal 2- Brown rice 2 scoops and lentils Meal 3 - 3 scoops of whey in water Meal 4- 1 scoop of rice with 1 whey in water Workout Pwo shake 3 scoops of whey in water Meal 5- Subway footlong ... ok not the best , could'nt do better.Meal 6- 1 scoop of whey in water. New clen dosing method 50mcg morning/50mcg evening Hitting the cardio harder from tommorrow. Workout Arm day Skulls 60x10 70x10 80x10 90x10 Pull downs- straight bar 120x20 150x15 160x15 One hand overheads 25x10 30x10 35x10 CGBP 90x10 120x10 135x5 - ouch this shit kills my poor wrist DB curls 30x10 40x10 DB concentrations 25/25/40x10 20 10 Military chins 4x5 ... lol , quite a sight to see my heavy ass getting hauled up with no supports. The lifts have taken a tad of a beating, however effective pumps from this product keeps my mind focussed. DOMS is the only thing that disturbs me, nothing a tylenol cannot fix Overall for once, cutting is not too much of a pain. Clen dosing is going up to 120 tommorrow. Its normally 1/2 mornin + 1/2 pre bed dose. However, i work up late today and I think i will take my 1/2 dose before a uphill walk and downhill run ... lol Thx for following.

Seems Stim-X is more than a stimulant. I will most likely add it to my cutting stck in a few weeks....months.....maybe in about a year ...I hate cutting :evil:

Went easy on myselfWarm up Cardio - High intensity 10 minutes Leg raises - One leg 60x20 70x20 90x20 100x15 Leg raises - Two legs + negative added 160x20 170x20 Squats 135x20 205x20 ( 10 ATG + 10 cheat) 315x10 ( 4 ATG ) 335x10 ( 1 ATG) 350x1 ATG Hack machine 4/5/6 plates eitherside x 10/8/6 Presses 660x10 800x8 Standing calf raises - unweighted 35 reps eitherleg Seated calf raise 45x10 - single leg 90x10 - single Lunges - lol , 1 weighted walk with some girly dumbells Close out - 10mins on the stepper- high intensity. An uphill walk...stroll rather after dinner.Workout Observations Legs feel pumped, look big, certainly have lost all defenition but the ease was evident. Especially in the leg presses. I did'nt overdo it today, keeping it real, but today's workout has added new resolve to shape these tree trunks into something better looking. Interestingly one vein popped out of my calf. Currently the only vein i can see in my body.

| Dogg Crappin | Bad Bad day ![]() Had to attend 2-3 ss installations and the mofo's asked me to do some cabling.Nevertheless , missed out on clean eating and my routine. Got back home, dead tired, salvaged some oats and chicken. Popped in Xfactor and green tea. Thought I'd crash a little bit and go workout, overslept...gym closed. Eitherways, I called it an off day, deadlifts followed by legs, hopefully tommmorrow will be some chest and traps again. I get the feeling I am losing size on my traps .Weigh in is tommorrow.
