Decided to get serious a few years ago and finally break through the plateau of 150lbs I always hit so I decided to learn what I was doing wrong. Within 1 year I managed to go from 142lbs to 175lbs. I reached a high of 193 a month ago on my bulk setting a ton of personal best's along the way. I've used various supplements in the past including ph's and many creatine/NO blends so I have a good basis for comparison. Concurrent Supplements
Short Term Goal: 193lbs@12% bf or less Long Term Goal: 190lbs at <8% Body Fat Final Notes The goal of this trial is to add lean muscle mass while reducing my overall BF%. I'll be eating a clean diet while maintaining a moderate to high intensity level and low to moderate volume. I've tried many pre workout supp's in the past and found some good ones along the way. I'm hoping WTF PUMP'D will be one of those can't live without supp's after this trial. I'd like to thank Fit&Firm (YOU ROCK! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Today’s Workout-Back: 5 min jog at 6mph Streching 20 rep pulldown warmup
Today's Meal 5: This is my variety meal for those that aren't familiar with my routine. I like to mix it up and enjoy a good variety usually with some solid carbs to fuel my workout. Today had the first BBQ of the year and scoffed down a nice homemade Greek Salad with a couple of lean ground beef burgers/with cheddar. YUMMY! :eat: Not being strict with macro's at this time since I'm not in full cutting mode yet just limiting sweet's and high carb meals. Cheated on the no desert rule today and had an awesome homemade square mom made. Thoughts: A decent workout today considering I was feeling drained going in. Was able to maintain previous weeks progress although nothing was added today. Good mornings and deads have been feeling stronger lately so increases are due. First impressions of WTF! Some of the others found mixability good but I didn't. I had to resort to mixing a small amount of water in to make a paste before adding the rest of the water or it would just float around forever. Not the end of the world but it could be better. Taste is never that important to me since I just chug it back but this tasted good. It's a very mild lemon pie type flavour with no aftertaste or kickback. No stomach issues like acid indigestion so big thumbs up. Now the important part, what did it do in the gym. Well as expected I didn't feel much for a first dose since this type of product usually takes a few before I really start to feel it. But I did feel a little tighter and more pumped then usual so it's a promising start. Looking forward to day 2! ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 47 | FYI- it will never mix up without "floaters" thats the GMS ( fat ) the main ingredient of the product, I just make sure to swirl it alot while drinking and I too drink it fast The flavor is being updated/improved on the next batch as well, I was a tad disappointed in the flavor, its not bad, its just not great ya know! Our beta batch tasted much better and we think the manufacturer messed up Now, I can do low reps or high reps and still get an amazing pump on one scoop, but Jim being a non-responder uses 2 scoops as one didnt do alot for him. Do you notice the focus? The desire to keep training ? the incredible recovery between sets ? Keep your eyes open for these to occur ![]() I must say, this is the most pretty log ever, esp for a cleaning boy ![]() :clapping: |

I can live with both the taste and floaters..lol. In the end it's all about results, the rest can be easily tweeked. I'm going to stick with 1 dose for the first week and see where I'm at before increasing it. As far as the other goodies I'll definately have to keep my eye out for them. I'll probabley experiment with rest time's etc.. to see it's full effect. Just want to establish a baseline comparison. Thanks for the compliment on the log, I'll try to give you your $'s worth. ![]()

Numbers are nothing special so I never bother with them. I instead like to focus on percent increase's on my lift's over the period of the test. If your good at math and I think you are, you'll be able to extrapolate the #'s. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Off Day Had a nice relaxed day today spent mostly with dnyc99. Picked her up from work and we went out for a nice Chicken Breast and potato salad lunch then came home and took a nap. After we went out and caught Grindhouse at the theater by my house. Good show, VERY violent but lot's of laugh's and action so entertaining 2 be sure. On the way home we got to see the end of a police chase and take down. SUV was run off the road and surrounded by cop cars, would have been fun to see them run him off the road. Anyway, tomorrow is shoulders. Yippie. ![]() |
