Today's Meal 5: Swedish meatballs and pasta!! Very taste although not the leanest meal. Thoughts: OK workout, managed to retain the previous workout's gains but didn't add much new. Still feeling very tired and weak during these. WTF does help bring me up a bit come workout time and I seem to be able to have solid workouts in spite of the fatigue. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Today’s Workout-Chest: 5 min treadmill 4 mph walk 3 mins high intensity hand bike warm up 1 set 15 reps BB bench warm-up
Today's Meal 5: A very hardy PB and Honey Sandwhich and Spinich salad..lol. Was in a big rush so it had to do. Thoughts: Another workout I had to drag my ass too. These 9.5 hours shifts are burning me out. Didn't help I had a brutal headache that woke me up in the middle of the night and I had to get up to pop some Tylenol. Not a bad workout considering how I felt going in. Made a little progress so at least it's positive. Can't wait till I can hit the gym with a good sleep and see if my numbers don't really bump up. |

I'd take a Venom Hyperdrive for energy after work.. but before my workout... but when I got home, I couldn't sleep.. so now I take it around midnyght ... I notyce I styll have energy when I hit the gym around 5 am.. but I can take a warm shower and sleep afterwards... Gotta release that GH bro!!! Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Sorry about the lack of updates in here. Basically I discovered I'm a non-responder to the product. Intially I thought there was some effect but it turns out it had more to do with the high intensity workouts I was doing that first week. I've had the same problem with other CEE products before so I attribute the lack of effect on the CEE more then the WTF itself since others have had successful runs. I'm going to be giving the remainder of the product to dnyc99 to test and she has stated she will post her results in here if she responds to it. I will be beginning a new log when I start my Jungle Warfare, Bad Ass Mass, and Restore stack so stay tuned! The only other suggestion I can make is to work on the flavoring. It's passable but I feel it could be improved on. Thanks to Kathy and ALRI for the opportunity to test WTF, I wish it turned out better but from past experience with ALRI products I know the next stack will turn out much better. ![]() |
