I did make a few changes...(I never leave a recipe alone heh)...I sprayed the tin foil and Salmon lightly with Butter flavoured Pam...then added the lemon juice and the rest of the ingredients as the recipe had it...except that I didn't have Ritz crackers the original ones...I had baked Ritz Chips Sour Cream & Onion...Tasted awesome too...and I also added dill which was optional in the recipe on the Kraft site. This recipe is definitely a keeper. I'm gonna try the one TrickD also posted...sounds delish. ![]() Thanks for sharing guys. ~D~

Today's Meal 5: Hmm..can't remember now cause I forgot to write it down..lol. Thoughts: Solid chest workout. Left with a very pumped and swollen chest which looked mighty impressive in the mirror. Small increase in strength but nothing earth shattering. Will push it harder next go. |

Today's Meal 5: My favorite...Spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage!! So damn yummy!! :eat: Thoughts: Well today started out fine but on the first set of pulldowns I tweaked something in my inner elbow. It got worse as I went on so I had to cut the pulldowns short completely. I did seated rows next and the pain was still there so I didn't push the weight up like I felt I could have. Good Mornings went fine and I was able to add 10 lbs to dead's this week. Overall a very average workout since I couldn't push it hard but I'll take the positives away from it. |
