Diet: 6 meals to begin, 8 after week 3. Looking at smaller denser meals with complex carbs before workouts. Water intake hopefully shld be 2+ gallons. EFA's back Some peanut butter pre bed. Chicken breasts, brown rice, lentils etc. PSK Lifter is da shizzy .

| Dogg Crappin | Gun Blast A very pumped workout Warm ups Bicep curls 40x10 + 20x10 45x10 + 25x10 50x10 + 30x10 55x5 + 30x6 BB curls + Skulls 70x10 + 70x10 80x10 + 80x10 90x10 + 90x10 100x10 I could barely feel my fingers after this. Tricep Pulldowns + Rope curls. Today was a superset day. 1 hr of pure pain. I have a trainer who competed for a top 3 in last yrs aloha meet here in hawaii. So based on his training and hopefully a good diet with inputs from Psk I should be well on my road to recomp. Thoughts: Pumps - Awesomeness Recovery- Great! This is very comparable with omega's nitro evolution.
