didnt workout today, diets been shit and i played madden 07 really late w/ my friend.

so since i have really small forearms and calves, im going to really focus on jackin up my forearms and calves

my right calve measures at about 14 1/2 inches

my right forearm at right below 11 1/2 inches

training will be put off till tuesday since the gaynesium is closed

ive already done a session of flat DE, im now back to flat bench

new years is soooo gay IT IS NOT A HOLIDAY

i dont ever workout in the morning so im expecting to have a less than decent workout.
