Cool Stimulant X - Test thread

Training and Experience:
Training off and on for around 10 yrs, started off with athletics. Played badminton, been pretty athletic. Weight training started recently after K. Ankle injury set me back, put on close to 20lbs and a lot of unwanted bf. I hold a lot of water and its easy to tell as my face gets bloated up first.

4 day weight training split
Day 1: Arms + Cardio
Day 2: Legs- Glutes and Quads/ Deads
Day 3: Shoulders- Cardio
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Legs- Claves, squats
Day 6: Off
Day 7: Off

Cardio:
As I am getting back into working out after a layoff I am not starting weight training for two weeks. I will be concentrating on heavy cardio followed by stretching.

Supplements:
Costco Prorated protein - Thru the day
Isopure Carb Free Post WO
Plenty of antioxidants
Vit C ed 4g
Joint support - Cissus/MSM
Water - As much as I can
7oxo- Tropical w/Yohimbe-still deciding on a product or to homebrew - all depends on what my quack hooks me up with.


Current calorics:
My calorics are gonna be inclined. I am starting at a low of 1700 and will raise it to 2000 cals a day . Protein and complex carb rich diets with lots of OATS!

Macro split 50P 35C 15F - subject to change with training.

CKD will start after week 3 for 4 weeks. If this product is good, I may even consider increasing cycle length.

Diet will primarly be:
Lean Chicken
Oats/Raisins
FF milk
Tuna
Salmon
Yogurt
Eggs
Rice
Lotsa veggies
Lots of fruit - low sugar w/antioxidants

Supplement History:
I respond pretty well to ECA. My first cycle was 2 weeks. Done a few, loved it everytime. I use benadryl to upregulate. I leaned out considerably and lost around 6lbs excl. water in my first.
I have done clen, I feel its very powerful and am not looking into it in the near future.
Yohimbe gives me crazy jitters. Never ever stack Clen and Yohimbe!!!

Cycle goals
Increased defenition in my arms, a drop in bf and yes back to my 27" waist.

u know who i am ... come onnnnn

I took 1 cap of Stim X here are my initial observations

First 40 minutes no effect.
From around 50mins I felt the world feeling brighter around me , no i was'nt wearing sunglasses prior to this :P.

Eitherways in comparision to the Beta, i felt the beta kicked in around 20-25 mins.

Observations with the Beta :

Defenitely a stronger impact, i was concentrating a lot more with the beta.

I have no started working out as yet. But no jitters, no appetite supression, had a decent meal looking at my hubby shoveling food down his mouth

Today was two caps of Stim X after a very restful sleep

Observations:
I felt the overall charge in around 35 minutes today.
Stim X is doing its job as a mood elevation product, a feeling of overall well being kicked in, I was not as moody as I normally am
Increased appetite suppression, which is good considering I am on a weight loss mode. I have not eaten till 11 30am, not at all hungry.
The warm feeling on the beta has not been seen on this version of Stim X.

No workout yesterday, exams, winter-interim semester is turnin out to be a

Eitherways no Stim X yesterday.

Took my first dose - upped it to 2 caps.
Slower kick in effect - 45 mins, felt really good around 1hr.

Suddenly the world becoming brighter effect started, well everything does seem a whole lot clearer. I guess this is a super alert state. I wanna chk if my pupils widen tommorrow.


A very motivated workout
20 mins treadmill incline walk
15 mins sprint
500x 5 sets on the skipping rope

5 sets of abs
2 weighted 3 complete non weighted.


Thinking of a fat burner, I have lean xtreme from shocker/Stizm/Thermoloid. I am considering the controlled labs stack of RA/GG. K will update on that soon.
