Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | Well today was the first "shot" of focus xt. I didn't mix it in anything I just dumped a scoop in my my and washed it down with some water. I waited about 30 min and left for the gym. When I got there 3 mins later I was in the zone. From the first exercise I felt very focused on the bodypart I was training. I could feel the my chest contracting each rep. This sensation was felt for each exercise. Which is not normal because usually one set usually sucks bad. Each rep felt like I was in slow motion but very controlled. I liked it. Heres hoping that the mind muscle connection with my "inner chest" gets better as the week plug on. So far a solid product.
