Main Weapon Specification Description: Naturally, our design was intended to have a synergistic effect in that one compound’s actions amplifies the others. So we still have the right amount of estrogen for optimal growth of lean tissue and positive libido, without the excess water weight and fat feeding aspect. Conjugated (-)3,4-divanillyl-tetrahydrofuran - We utilize an excellent free testosterone optimizing compound called Conjugated (-)3,4-divanillyl-tetrahydrofuran. This is simply the result of a series of extraction processes performed upon nettle root. Many know of this herb due the anti-aromatase capacity and the studies that show its positive affects upon BHP in men. Some of the nettle extracts also have a positive affect upon the total testosterone to free/active testosterone ratio. More free testosterone means more “active” (as in the part that really matters) testosterone. Nothing really trick here other than it just works better than one would expect. (Nice for a change when something can be simple and effective). Of course, it is all about effective delivery into the body that makes it an asset. I really want to focus on bluking and put my OCD to the side for a bit. I am weighing in/bf at home this time. I will try to limit checking BF no more than once a week. Weigh-in will be daily, maybe even a AM/PM. I also chose this because my gym where the scale and bf is typically taken is in limbo and hope to be outta there in a few weeks. I also changed my routine to focus more on weights and less on cardio. Typically I did a bootcamp class 2 days a week that was typically 2-4 mile runs. Well I replaced those days with more weights and now will do only 15 min of treadmill M-F. So to get myself into the mode of this log the clown took off the wig and broke out the clippers like in the days when I was military. Last night this clown dawned a high and tight. I kinda look like a mini Viperspit. Let the war begin.......

Workout: Average Treadmill - grade 10%, speed 4, time 15min. Calves where burning pretty good at the increase in grade. Might try 15% tommorow. Bi's felt good today but my lats just wasn't there. Again typically 3 sets, 1st low weight, 2nd last WO's highest, 3rd try to add weight if possible T-Bar - 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 - up 5lbs since last week - PR WG Lat Pulldown - 1x8, 1x7, 1x6 - down 15lbs since last week RG Lat Pull down - 3x6 - down 15lbs since last week Seated Rows - 2x10, 1x8 - up 10lbs since last week - PR EZ Curls - 2x10, 1x8 - up 5lbs since last week Shrugs - 2x10, 1x8 - up 20lbs since last week - PR Hammer Curls - 1x10, 1x9, 1x5 - up 5lbs since last week but struggled last set - PR Conc Curls - 1x10, 1x9, 1x8 - up 5lbs since last week - PR Main Weapon Usage: Jungle Warfare - 3 caps daily w/chow Secondary Weapon Usage: Cordygen5 - 3 caps daily w/chow Backup Weapon Usage: Dymantize Energized Xpand PreWO Vit-C 500mg PreWO L-Carnitine PreWO Multi - Pre & Post WO AGR CEE - Post WO Fish Oil - Post WO Digestive Enzymes - Post WO L-Glutamine - Post WO & tonight at bed Glucosamine - At bed Melatonin - At bed Power: Strength was good on bi's and back but struggle on lat pulldowns. So I say a little above average. Recovery: Titties are burning! This is good news for me since I struggle to get a good burn in the pecs and typically my front dellts burn out. Upper back is a bit tender but nothing bad all around. Just a little feeling that knows I hit the muscles good. Endurance: Average I just could not find my groove this morning. Have a few things on my mind and forgot to leave that crap in the locker room if you catch my drift. Sleep: 6 hrs solid, no interuptions or piss breaks Chow: Goal - 4000 cals @ 40/40/20 Hydration: Goal: 2+ gallons Energy: Average Nothing special in the energy dept in the gym. I might pop a caffeine pill with my already caffeinated Xpand. Attitude: In the gym I really did not have good focus. But my attitude in general is good. Sides: I look like a clown today for real. Woke up with a monster zit on my nose. I do get a few zits here and there so I am sure it's just coincidence. I will be keeping a zit tally just in case. Other: So I shaved my head pretty close this time. Skin on the sides and a number 3 on top. Well I havent been this short since I was in the military so its kinda weird. I was doing ez curls in the mirror and noticed I have veins shooting out my damn skull. Now thats crazy. Military Slang: BCGs Birth Control Glasses or Birth Control Goggles. Military issued eyeglasses, noted for their unappealing appearance which would prevent attracting members of the opposite sex.
